SQUIRREL!!!!!!!!!!! And yes, they can, because they find the nuts by sense of smell, not vision.

I've never heard of a blind "squirl" but I'm sure they would not be able to find many nuts. They would most likely die very young. Natural Selection at its best.

yes, they can find things just by smelling for them.I do believe if you lose one of your senses the others will over compensate for the one lost.
