I like for a man to take care of me, knowing that he can and will because he loves me enough to want to help me succeed at whatever I want to accomplish. Nothing is better than having big strong arms wrapped around you and knowing that you are safe.

I like a happy medium. I don't want a man i can walk all over and I also do not want a man who is going to control my every move. It should be an equal partnership. But you should also reconize each others weaknesses. Sometimes you need another person to take control of certain things for you. Like spending problems. And as a couple you gotta come to that realization and agreement. We are meant to complete each other as a couple and therefore fill in the gaps where there are faults in the other person. For instance my husband cannot control money worth crap if it was left to him we'd be in debt for the rest of our lives. So I run the bills. But he's kinda got control of the tv lol. So we have our middle grounds. No one person should be in charge in a relationship ever. Of course there are those people who are content being told what to do.

All depends on the situation, a relationship if give and take. I am a control freak, so of course I want to be in control, but I am with a man who won't let me, so we work together on things.

I personally am a bit old fashioned. I am a very stong woman, and very independent, but I still like a man that is head of the household, and is stronger than I am. It just feels natural to me that way. I'm all for taken-in-hand relationships. To learn more, check www.takeninhand.com
