There are 3 things involved in making any loan. Collateral, Capacity to pay and Credit. It is very hard for any one to give you a correct answer on this since you have not provided enough information. 1st is the home on a brick and block foundation, is it in a park, do you own the land, what year was it manufactured, what should it appraise for. How is your credit? Do you know your scores? What is your capacity to pay the note? But, yes there are loans out there but on a stated product you will pay a higher rate. That is for sure.
