one of my friend love to procrasinate too much. He never do the homework assignment until it is on the last day or the day before the due date then he do it. How do I stop him from procrastinating??? He have very low grades in school and I'm sure he cares for his grade to actually bother doing the assignment but, he procrastinate too much. How do I convince him to stop procrastinating and make him start on the assignment when it is first assigned???

maybe he gets stressed the amount of homework he is recieving which is making him rebel against doing the work.
you need to tell him that organization is the best way to do homework and leaving it to the last minute isnt a good idea, although doing homework at the last minute makes you focus on the task more so you get it done.
it's good of you to worry about him though, it shows you are a good friend.

Just be straight with him, say look, you're never going to get anywhere if you never put any effort into things. If he still keeps up the procrastinating and you've tried to help him then just let it be, sometimes the only way you learn things is if you learn them the hard way. Eventually he'll see the error of his ways.

its not a bad thing to procrastinate. we all have out methods... i procrastinate all the time - sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. i try n change but can't. and you know what? its A - OKAY with me!

first you need to understand some enjoy that added preasure .Makes them do better work.Also some just need ot do their own thing and be allowed to do so.
