I tell people exactly how I feel. Picking my nose can get people to shut up or stop staring. Sometimes you can tell someone what they want to hear in just such a way that they realize what a moron they really are, then that shuts them up. Nothing like proving your point! There's nothing fake about me & if others don't like it, than that's their possible loss.

If people not shut up, Dragon will sometimes just walk away rudely. Dragon not tell people what they want hear, cuz that not do them any favors. Better just tell them "Shut up" or just walk away.

I make it a thing not to condone saying things that people want to hear (personal experience) I will listen to that person but I try to keep my opinions about whatever they want to say to myself.

I try not to be rude about it, because depending on that person's reaction you might cause that person to lash out at you and make crude accusations. (personal experience)
So being courteous and nice will win out faster than to be rude and tell them to shut up.

Not usually, unless I might discern it is something so insignificant as to be unimportant to anyone but the speaker.... but even then be careful of the effects of "Chaos Theory".

Not really. If they just keep talking, I usually stop talking all together and ignore them or I say OK or whatever to every question I'm asked.

My kids do it all the time to me. My son is the worst he would totally agree with me as he was doing what I was complaining about.
