Have you spoken to him about it?
You could go to the council and complain, they can contact the environmental office and they wil measure the noise pollution. Noise can make people ill, so don't wait too long. He could even be evicted for that. I had loud neighbours, but I went straight to my landlords as this saved me from having to argue with them.
Good luck!

Just go and have a chat with him/her. I played drums in my house everyday when I was a kid (now I get to use a studio) and I had to talk to my neighbours about times to play a lot. As long as you let him/her play at certain times there should be no real arguments. Explain the situation and ask for certain times to be quiet times so the kids can sleep. He/she can always spend time working on stick control or rythm patterns on a soft practice pad when it is quiet time. They are really cheap and you could buy one as a present to create a friendship which will make it easier for you to ask for quiet at times.

well do something about it. your children are obviously more important so you might want to explain to ur neighbour about your children and maybe ask him if he can move his drumkit into another room at the other side of his house or something. or even move your children from their bedroom to downstairs with blankets and pillows so they can get some rest. wel i hope this problem can be sorted out. good luck. x

This isnt a question, its a topic, yet its ok lol! yet yea on your subject i've got faith that there is not something you may gain this which you may make you buddy bypass away the homestead. that's what i could do besides lol! in basic terms save on enjoying my incredible xbox. Altho I do like walks and enjoying soccer besides. in basic terms attempt chatting with him and tell him that he shouldnt be at homestead all day and that he could desire to ascertain the international exterior of his homestead.

You have the right to peaceful enjoyment of your home. He does not have the right to disturb his neighbors. Call the cops and have him hang it up during reasonable hours. If he won't shut up, file papers with the law to have him evicted. Be adsvised that all of this is for naught if the drummer is a Muslim. They have all the rights in England and you native born people are nothing there. Sad, but true...

I think this is classed a unsociable behaviour, and i think they can even be given a ASBO for it. Ask at your local police station or citizens advice bureau for some definite information.

Ask the National Society for Cruelty to Children for advice. They might be able to take action on your behalf.

When you go on holiday, leave your radio on full blast, with its speakers against his wall, just for FUN.

See how he likes that!

It could be worse. He could be Matthew McConnaughey, who evidently likes to play the drums at all hours while completely naked.
