avoid the petty? Yesterday a woman was leaving the dentist office and was too lazy to walk to her car because it was raining and she might get wet. I have little sympathy with people getting wet walking to their cars since I dont have a car and have to be out in the rain sometimes and it;'s a lot further than accross the parking lot that I have to work. This woman had her sons drive the van over to the roofed area of the office so she wouldlnt get wet. The 12 year drove instead of the older boy and drove into the building and killed his mother and injured 2 employees. This is a result of the mother being lazy and being afriad of getting wet and as a result she is dead and her children motherless. If I would have been leaving the dentist office I would have had to wait for the rain to stop or walk out and get drenched so I think she earned the results of her decision for being so petty.

She's dead, but dry.

No, seriously, you're right. People try to avoid small problems and create large ones. This is an extreme example.

It is Ironic. The irony is that the mother was killed and was to blame for the events too. Why in the world would someone not wanna walk to their cars for fear of getting wet because of the rain. Why would you let your 12 year old who is not licenced drive the vehicle. I feel no sympathy or pitty for the woman. Though I do feel pity and sympathy for the 12 year old because she'll blame herself for years to come about her mothers death. Is it possible that you post a link to this article, would love to read it.

Holly hell you have an overdeveloped sense of rightousness, you think that because someone does not want to get wet they deserve to die, what side of the bed of life did you wake up on? (rhetorical question...the wrong one), that is not funny that is f'ing traggic, and by no means did she deserve that or her children, can you imagine the trauma the poor boy that killed his mother is going to have to deal with growing up, you are a very mean spirited self rightous person

Well, I don't know if that's "funny" really. As for whether it's ironic - note the appropriate Alanis Morrisette song. None of that is really ironic. It's just very *unfortunate*.

As far as rants go, yours is a good one though.
