How do you speak to a BT technician?

You use a lot of simple words like:

I am so sorry I ever heard of BT. You are useless. Can you hear me? No, it's broke B-R-O-K-E, broke. Don't test the line again you have tested it 27 times already, and so on, and so on.

What's the problem? If it's a problem with the broadband connection you need to contact BT's Broadband department, if it's the phone line you need to contact the faults department which is in Bombay, all they can do is run a line test to see if your phone line is connected, if you want they will send an engineer out to visit but if your phone line is OK you might get a visit charge, you can ask for a Broadband engineer to visit but you need to be specific. And, no, you don't get to speak directly to an engineer until they call.

Looking at the website from my end, the site has some flash content. you may need to install Flash player located at www.adobe.com. You may also have your security settings set to high. check these items and see if that helps. I have also searched their web site to see if I could get any technical help or and E-mail address for the web master, no help. I hope I have helped out a little.
