Why do you think they are not basing their entire campaign on a strong national defense?
You would think if they want to be elected that they would be in the news constantly on the key issue of the election, but instead all they can talk about is phone sex.
This behavior does not make me feel comfortable that they can lead in these dangerous times. How about you?

The people who control the party have a visceral dislike of the military and are congenitally indisposed to the discussion of national security affairs.
Those Dems who wished to discuss national security affairs moved to the Republican Party over thirty years ago - becoming the 'infamous' neo-cons. Since then the Dems have lived exclusively in a world of "you give us your money and we'll take care of you".

I have a new way of reading posts by Republicans on this site. Now, I always add the phrase "on Fox News" to the end of their posts. Then, they make sense. Like your post. It sounds like a lie. But than I change it to "The Dems are not talking about National Security on Fox News". Then I understand what you are saying.

First of all, we will never live in a utopian society. The Republicans are using fear tactics to keep you and your party in check and constantly following them.
I'm not a Dem nor a Repub, but I don't like how our current administration is chipping away at our freedoms and using their fear tactics to do so.
P.S. When did NAMBLA turn into just phone sex?

so we should just wash the Foley case under the table this man is a perv. up on capital hill he took advatage of children's this is a much serious matter than all the gay republicans want to admit up in Washington. we can't have this happening from our leaders up there . you little post want make it go away .they need to take possibility for this and a hold lot of other thing that is happening in this country and stop all this blaming other like clinton for thier mistakes.enough

The Democrats feel the way to National Security is to:
Cut our military to nothing.
Love our enemies, talk to them & give them money.
To turn our country into a Socialist State.
Surrender to eveyone.
To Democrats, that is National Security.

Well, perhaps when it comes to defense they have nothing to offer or say.
However when it comes to sexual scandals they have much experience so they are more qualified to discuss.
