Most likely, it will. I guess it depends on how much you dislike his/her friends--if it's just a moderate dislike or if you really, really can't stand them. Either way, you'll have to mingle with their friends, and they'll have to mingle with yours, some time or another. Plus, when you guys want to tell stories involving your friends to each other, you'll have to be careful. Without knowing the whole situation, no stranger on Yahoo can tell you if it will affect your friendship or not, though--we can only make guesses. Good luck!

I have some very good friends that dislike one of my friends (her doing), and we are still friends. The effect on your friendship will be that when you're with one set and she isn't invited your friend may feel left out of some things but that's how it works sometimes.

No. We can just hang out together. I prefer being with one good friend rather than a crowd that I am indifferent to.

barely any of my friends like each other. I am usually the common denominator. And if they do like each other they get jealous over me or try to make me jealous over them...Doesn't work though.

It really shouldn't. You don't have to be friends with your friend's friends.
