Although I HATE Kobe Bryant, I don't think that he raped that girl. I think that girl had sexual relations with him and then wanted a little bit of plublicity himself. I mean, c'mon! Kobe is uglier than a horse's dong, but his wife is smoking hot (and I'm a woman!) and with his star status, he doesn't need to chase any p!ssy down, it comes right to him.
In court documents, it says that the girl who cried rape had the DNA in her underwear tested and it showed the semen from at least three other men! So either she's got a rotten punany and wears day-old undergarments, or she had sex with a few other dudes that day. There was also witness testimony that she went to a party right after the encounter with Kobe and was bragging to people that she slept with the NBA star. The funny thing is that the witness said nobody believed her, and suddenly, she cried rape the next day. She slept with the dude, partied, didn't even BATHE, and THEN went to the cops..... Do you think she seriously got raped?
If you go to www.thesmokinggun.com and look up in their archives, you can find police reports, hospital reports, and courtroom testimony from the entire case. The woman eventually dropped all the charges against Kobe.

What went down between Kobe Bryant and Katelyn Faber
during the incident in question will be only known for sure between those two. The rest of us can just speculate as to what happened. My personal belief is that the two had consensual sexual relations, and then Faber tried to golddig her way into Kobe's personal fortune, with the bogus rape allegation. I'm not saying that Kobe is totally innoncent, because he cheated on his wife, but two wrongs don't make a right. I think what Faber was just as wrong if not moreso than Bryant. The accuser was an
aspiring American Idol contestant, so I think she would have done
just about anything to get her name in the public spotlight. If he
was convicted, he would have been in jail for a long time, so I

I think the girl was just a gold digger who wanted Bryant's money. I really don't believe Kobe would force himself on a woman. He's got so much money he could just pay for one. Rape is a serious offense, and although it was an extreme shame that he did what he did, (He has a daughter and a wife, and maybe more kids, I think) it's hard to believe he would resort to such a thing.

No, because Kobe Bryant is not that kind of person. Why would he rape someone and is always on television? Thats stupid that man dont want to be known as a rapest or offender he has other things to do with his life other than that. (Basketball)

The trial never went to verdict. She was just out for money, as are most women that sleep with and then sue sports stars. As soon as she was offered a settlement she took it and ran. I by no mean am saying that Kobe was innocent or guilty, but the law states "innocent until proven guilty" so by those standards you would have to say innocent as he was never proven guilty.
