Does anyone around the Ashtabula area or surrendings know a Ralph Michael Peer? He is 22 now and has a older sister named Rachael. I have known him for a while we lost touch. Now I am trying to find him. I already paid like $30.00 to try and find him on lline and that did not work at all. So if anyone might know please help me. Ineed to find him I think that this might be a real call for me because I keep on having dreams about him and his sister trying to contact me. and no I am not a syco! Please help
