I meet this girl through some friends of mine and we have talked on the phone and wrote e-mails back and forth for the last 4-5 months she wants me to come and meet her (she live a hour away) but im getting ready to move to another state in 3 weeks should i still go meet her?

Sounds like it might be fun ... plus you never know what can happen ... you built a relationship with her already ... why not meet her and decide if you want to keep in touch with her or not ... if it ends up being something special decide what to do then ... don't live life by " what ifs " ... you might be letting something slip by you and you don't want any regrets in the future ... !

You have nothing to lose from visiting her. If you don't like her as much in person, then at least you won't die wondering. If you do connect, you can continue to email and call and see how it progresses. Moving away doesn't mean much - you can always move back.

If you don't meet her, you'll probably dwell on what might have been for the rest of your life. Be careful, be honest, but meet her!
And LDRs *can* work--I was in one for a decade, and then we moved in together.

It depends of what you want to do with her and what are your feelings for her. If your feelings are strong, so yes. If you want to have some good time, yes. But if none of those, dont go there, you could hurt her feelings. Good luck.
