TIE HIM UP IN A BAG AND THROW HIM OFF THE CLIFF OR TIE HIM UP ON THE RAIL TRACKS AN LEAVE OR TAKE HIM TO THE FOREST AND ABANDON HIM OR TRY THE HOME REMIDY TIE HIS USED UNDERWARE AROUND HIS FACE SO HE CAN'T TAKE IT OFF, IF HE STILL TROUBLES U THEN SHOT HIM, IF HE GETS BACK FROM THE DEAD AND STILL TROUBLES U THEN RUN OF TO THE METAL HOSPITAL.
note:to b seriour u can't do anything abt him he can never change, he has done a diploma in tryin ur patience so forget it and start counting the day left 4 u to go to college

Give him love and affection. Don't get irritated easily by his naughtiness and tricky actions. Be his friend. Try to understand him and help him in his work and so on. Or u can play with him(be a member of his group) if u dont want him to trouble u.

find out something he s fond of and tease him for example if he watches tv go and turn on the radio really loud or start talking and hanging around with his friends. or when he s working on the pc turn down the power supply

He is your brother...of course he is going to annoy you. Just take it all in stride and keep in mind that you two will one day grow up and all will be forgoten. One day he will be more apt to love you then aggrevate you.

ignore him and after sometimes he will get tired of troubling you and search someone else trouble.i have done this with my brother and it worked .

Ignore him. He is only doing this to get on your nerves, and as long as he sees it is working and he is getting what he wants he will keep doing it. If he sees it doesn't bother you he will find doing what he does is not getting him anywhere and is useless.
