If more of a base is needed to neutralise an acid as the temperature rises.Is the reaction endothermic or exo?

the rising of the temperature says that the reaction is exothermic. but anyway, the reactions of base with acid are ALWAYS exo.

I may be wrong on this; but, Exothermic seems correct. From what you say I understand the Heat source is from an outside source and the base is being applied to neutralize the effects of the outside source.
