i would call the vet out and here are some products
B.N.P Triple Antibiotic Opth
Terramycin Opth Oint 3.5gm Tube
Gentamicin Opth Solution 5ml Bottle
these are all Antibiotic/Anti-Infective
these next ones are for Inflammation
Prednisolone Acetate Ophth Susp 1% 15ml
Prednisolone Sodium Phosphate 1% Ophthalmic Solution 15 Ml

i order my horse supplies for here by the butt loads 1800petmeds.com or you can try to look in you feed store... just dont use so much of i as a adult you need an anit bacterial with antibiotic if this dont work or clear up within a few day call the vet

Your best bet is take him to the vet and get proper medicine, don't use human medicine.

I know this might sound stupid but it works..................try cold tea, make a cup of black tea no sugar let it go cold then apply with cotton balls. Ive used it on cats and dogs, it works.

you should see a vet 4 that ecspeialy if it is that young. human meds can hurt him and make it much worse. good luck!!!!
