They don't hate anyone as long as that person can be punished for earning more from their efforts. They believe that because someone has done better for himself/herself, that that person then OWES the lazy or those who have not put forth the extra effort towards their own lives.
You know they are not for equality when a flat tax is proposed that would spread equal burden of taxation. They want to punish the hard working in a socialist style of wealth redistribution that has been proven to be unworkable as a form of government and social engineering.

I don't hate any of them - I just think all of them should pay taxes.
Why is it, exactly, that of the money I earn from my job, the largest chunk is taxed at 25%, while millionaires who earn money from investing (instead of working) only pay 15%?
Strange, isn't it.
