Once you find certain people that you feel you have the same interests in, whether its on a gaming site, blog site, or yahoo answers!, you could group them altogether and invite them to one specific chat room on your own created blog, or messenger program.

We say that you are not ready to join us and will be left loitering in the outskirts of some lobby with the only two other people (Both of which are engaged in private IM conversation and refuse to speak to you) , in there... until you learn what it is you need to know to join us here in intellectual, cyber-paradise.
