If it's God's Will, then it shall be done. However, it's been God's Will that he's in office twice now, so... you may need to seek out God's competition to see what he can do for you.
Oooo, wait, I just saw on your question that God wasn't mentioned, so maybe you DO mean to pray to someone else... that's your god anyway, isn't it?
