I avoid it like the proverbial plague. But when it happens, I bury myself in things I like. Play sports, hit the bar with some friends, lots of YA, etc.

Depends on what type of rejection your reffering to and by who. I use to get the feeling of rejection from one of my grandsons but was able to shrug it off because I didn't like the lil chit anyhow. But today as a widower I am actually afraid to ask a woman to go out as I don't think I'd care to hear the word no and be rejected. After being married to the same woman for almost 48 years I wouldn't even know how to ask a woman out any more. It's actully scary in itself being afraid your going to be rejected.

I rather be rejected than lead on senselessly. People who lead you on are only there to use you. Yup, out right rejection or put your cards on the table. If you are going to use me let me have some say in the matter. Otherwise, reject me before I reject you.

Rejection is a perception of the mind .......and I don't mind therefore it doesn't matter.

I determine why it happened, even if it is my fault. I analyze whether the fault can be eliminated and if so whether I want to eliminate it.
I change and grow.
