You should not change who you are just because of a disability. The more you let your natural self shine, the more happy you will be. Don't allow the narrow opinions of others to influence you in a bad way.
If you have a hard time finding clothing that fits properly, try special stores. They make all kinds of clothing for people with different needs, so there is no limit to what you could wear.

I am tall and I wouldn't consider being tall a disability but they do not make clothes for tall SKINNY girls. Tall and heavy yes but not tall and skinny. I have to wear mens pants or floods. I don't like either and the skirts are always to short. long sleeves are never long enough. It sucks being a tall girl, but somehow I manage. You really cant alter any clothing to make it long enough too. It is always easier to take off then to add to. The clothes I wear It isn't the style I would enjoy wearing but it does its job. I think if you have a real disability you should wear whatever style makes you comfortable.
