My Dad did it one year when I was little. He never came until I went to bed though. He got out a ladder and put two 2x4's on the roof attached to ropes. Tossed the ropes across the roof. Went to the other side of the roof and pulled them across to look like sleigh runners. Then he took the dog up and let him run around ( it was not a steep roof). To top it all off, Mom scattered chunks and chips of carrots around the ground to look like the reindeer ate them. When I got up in the morning I went outside and seen where Santa landed in the night. It made a pretty special memory for me I still get a smile on my face for. Merry Christmas.

yes when I was younger a neighborhood Santa would go around to the houses on Christmas Eve

My granddad bought a santa suit when I was younger and would come see me every year. Then as I got older he would go to churches around our house and had out candy cane and let little kids tell him what they wanted for x-mas. I would go with him as an elf....we had so much fun and the looks on the kids faces were priceless!

My uncle dressed as the jolly guy one year and came in, and scared the bejesus out of my 3 yr old neice, she screamed and shook uncontrollably for hours, even after he had taken the suit off, which he went and did right away. It was heartbreaking.

i attempted that.. did not C any Santaa.. Butt I have been given a Spanking from my Dad.. He theory i became Spying on smthing.. guy.. I got here to renowned, that there's no person like Santa... yet there is Somoene Like My Dad.. heh

he came when my kids were younger.my oldest cried due to the fact his little brother got what he had picked out. Christmas morn he had his gift. all worked out. everybody happy
