I have four children and am now at the age of real hot flashes. I never had one during any of my pregnancy's. I think you should check with your doctor and tell him of these symptoms. It could be your blood sugar and that should be watched carefully by a professional. Please check with your doctor as soon as you can.

yes, all your symptoms can be very normal. Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. I refer to it almost daily right now and I am due Feb 2, 2007. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

Yes, your symptoms are normal for pregnancy. You should report them to your doctor through. It sounds like your hormones are spiking, totally not unusual in your state. The dizziness could be hormonal, but could also be due to sugar spiking, and you might have gestational diabetes. That will go away after the birth, but should be monitored by your doc. The bottom line, things are probably fine as pregnancy is tremendous stress of a woman's body, but, you should tell your doc about anything that sounds abnormal or unusual to yourself.

It's normal. I have hot flashes and start sweating and then I get cold because I'm soaked in sweat. It might be normal but it's not pleasant. Hang in there.
