I think too many kids are figuring out the system and breaking the law cause they know that nothing will come of it.

Sorry precious...too many kids have become smug. My brother had a bunch of potheads living below him and one of those twits shot someone. One of the nerds who was involved was let go the next day!!! I say they should be taken off the street before they commit their next crime. Now whos with me!!!!!!????

Yes, the adult who aren't smart enough to re-enter society should be put away indefinitely.

I agree. I think our society is WAY to easy on criminals, especially juveniles.
I have heard stories of kids killing their parents because they know the murder will be expunged from their record when they become adults.
A criminal is a criminal...regardless of age.

I think that the tougher and more appropriate punishments should be given to our youth. I don't think locking anyone up in a cell for 10 years is going to rehabilitate them.......and that's exactly what they need. They need to be out there seeing on a regular basis what commiting crimes does to not only the individuals against whom the crime was commited, but also on society as a whole. Our whole criminal justice system needs a good reworking.

In Canada, we have the Young Offender Status. Anyone under 19. They should be treated like adults if over 14, and then we would not have such light sentences for teen crimes. 3 years maximum for murder in Canada under the Young Offenders Act. Shameful!

Their resentment at being shown up as being of a decrease order by using those with whom they should share their community and having to stay on the edge of people who're their psychological superiors,i.e. civilised white human beings. They lack the disposition and/or the intelligence to acquire educational skills and function a reliable aversion to secure artwork. even although they like to laze around boozing and ''smoking''!! all day they nevertheless sense that they should get excitement from a similar existence form as people who artwork difficult, purely of their case they scouse borrow, rob and kill to take action objective. Violence is a congenital component to the black's character and psyche'. subsequently, no different stupid 'politically desirable' euphemisms.

Yep send them to prison like everyone else screw the age limits a 13yr old kid who kills someone shouldn't get any less of a punishment then a 21yr old who does the same thing

NO WAY...they're already tougher, and a kid can't even walk down the street without getting a ticket for SOMETHING. They're already picking on youth, give the young people a break!
