based on experience, having the right state of mind is the utlimate key. you can achieve this by having a good night sleep before the test and having a good breakfast on the SAT day. it is also advisable to avoid cramming the day before or on the day itself; one should be relaxing the day before the exam so that his or her mind won't suffer from a possible mental block during the exam day.
