Because his hair is always the same style,he never gets it cut or trimmed and he does'nt have any grey (and I think he is at least 60 years old), I'd say he's had "hair implants",where human hair is implanted into the hair folicles,where hair does not grow anymore. Special shampoos and conditioners are used to keep the hair from drying out,falling out,and fading with time.

Unfortunately for him, and the rest of us, it's his real hair. A hair piece or at least a hat probably would look about 100% better. Just goes to prove, money dosen't buy good taste, or brains.

NOBODY would pay for hair that bad.
He admits that it is his own hair, and that it is bad. He doesn't think it's a problem because he says he knows he has bad hair, so deal with it (basically, I am paraphrasing)
