I have a Honda Accord and for the past 2 days, it's gone off at random times. Yesterday morning at about 7 and then in the middle of the night last night at 12:30...I don't know if it goes off while I'm at work because I can't hear it from my office. But could it be that a battery somewhere is dying or that my sensor is acting up?

I agree. My experience with Honda's' is usually the battery of the vehicle. If it is going out, it will cause this. But, we need to know, what year accord, how old is the alarm, is it a factory alarm, which alarm, who installed it, where did you get the car... etc.

MOST LIKELY the alarm has a motion sensor that has drifted into the "sensitive" range or it has a voltage sensor that is detecting a "parasitic" drain on the system.
This is only a guess, as I can't actually put my hands on it, but it is a couple of things to have checked out.
If you can do it, good, but I think you are going to have to take it back to either an alarm installer or the dealer, whichever is appropriate for the alarm system.

Good Luck
