2 Gabe = 92- 6

[1] G+6 = M
[2] G + M = 92
[3] (From 1) G = M-6
[4] (From 2) G = 92-M
[5] (Taking 4 from 3) M-6 = 92-M
[6] (Re-arrange 5) 2M = 98
Therefore M = 49
[7] (Substitute M = 49 into 1) G+6 = 49
Re-arranging 7 you get G =43
Therefore Gabe is 43, Mike is 49

=>2M=98
=>M=49
