I like many people make alot of typos when I type. However I noticed I make 3 major kinds. The first two I understand, I try to type faster than I can and I accidently skip letters or reverse two letter in order.
Sometimes though I skip whole words that I meant to type. What would cause this?
My only guess is that like that other mistakes, it is mostly just relsted to rushing but it seems more weird thatn just skipping letters or messing up spelling.

I have the same problem, myself. I type up to 75 or 80 words a minute and the mind jumps much faster than that. So, words can easily get dropped, because you have already *thought* the word, so your fingers think you've typed it, as well.

My favorite is when I keep typing while someone is talking to me. Invariably, I will insert a word or phrase that they are speaking, instead of what I meant to type!! I even do this when I am talking to someone and the TV is on in the background, etc. I will insert a word from the TV into my conversation, VERY inappropriately, instead of the word I meant to say.

Aren't brain cross-circuits FUN!! LOL!
