You are experiencing a slight loss of traction or 'grip' between your tires and the road surface. You should check to make sure the 'tread' on the surface of your tire is still in good condition and that your tires do not need replacement. Squeeling tires is not uncommon even with brand new tires. Try taking the corners a bit slower and this noise should subside.

It means your tires are getting a ton of grip (ratio of rubber to pavement). In racing, this is a good thing - in street cars, it could be (1) your tire pressures are too low; (2) you may have a rear end alignment problem; (3) you are taking the corners too fast; etc etc. In any event, it's not a good thing and you will go through a set of tires in no time.

We would need to know what kind of vehicle it is, and how old the tires are. You could have a Posi-traction rearend, that would make the tires squeal or bark around corners.

I was told by a mechanic:
It means you have good tire tread and nothing is wrong with your tires
The tires on my truck use to do this when I turned into a parking space. They did not need air, nor was I traveling to fast.
