I am making a documentary for a media project and have decided to focus on different social groups, e.g chavs, goths, emo's etc. Anyone got any ideas on what in particular to include that'd interest them?

Hey, at first, I would start to collect some groups, you can't write something of every group, then get info's about their believes (religions) and then compare them. Collect some histories of each group to get some more information's. Maybe watching documentaries itself could help you. Reading through some articles in the Internet to start to understand them. Maybe you will find a way to get a relation to them. I mean goths aren't that bad. I mean, they are friendly when you accept them. Just choose groups you have heard yourself, or you know about. Because, if you find a social group that is new to you, you need to understand the whole group's believe and so on. I hope I could help you.

I would focus on the structure of the group and the decision making process. Who decides what they do and where they go?
