Where do I find an online store, etc.. that I can buy Ohio State sweatshirts personalized with a name on back?

That would be hard to find and pretty expensive. I'd look into buying the sweatshirt you want and take it to an embroidery shop or silk screener. You'd save money and make sure it's what you want for sure.

See if the college is selling them directly - many do.
