I would say its time to find a pediatric dentist. Make sure its a pediatric dentist too! I had alot of dental issues with my oldest who is now 3. I mark it up to being an inexperienced parent and my son is an extremely challenging child. He wanted what he wanted when he wanted it and we didn't say no. He ended up having a cavity on 14 of his teeth in which he had to go and get dental surgury in a children's hospital to get fixed. I'm glad you've taken the right step to get it taken care of. Definetly sounds like a cavity to me.

Are you brushing his teeth with fluoride toothpaste? They do put fluoride in a lot of foods and we don't even know about it. Do a google search on the dangers of fluoride, or get the book Cures They Don't Want You To Know About.
I'm not what could be going on with your son, but try to keep him away from the fluoride if you can.

My brother had rotten teeth (literally) from not being able to drink milk, and only wanting apple juice and other juices as a young toddler.
I dont know what your sons issue is... The dentist will figure it out.

My son has that too, purely the person the teeth is in front. same element got here approximately to me while i became a newborn. The dentist will numb the section and eliminate the infant the teeth. not very painful in any respect, then the person the teeth will flow into the desirable place.

the color of the teeth form before baby is born and nothing you do will change it,sometimes discoloration is caused by antibiotics the mother took when pregnant,
