I'm not really sure but some of the techniques that I have heard is that they use bibles to hide the bags of cocaine or they have guards that are on there side and get some for interest. Some times they stuff it in there butts.

They put the drugs in the balloons. Then put the balloons where the sun doesn't shine, if you know what I mean. Later in comes out in the bathroom.
People also swallow the drug balloons, and puke them back out. Like the other guy said this can be fatal.
