1) The international gag rule about abortion would be a thing of the past.
2) We would RE-INSTITUTE the writ of habeas corpus, and uphold the Constitution, not gut it for political gain at the expense of the people.
3) There would be more social welfare programs for the very poorest and least educated.
4) Education would be a top priority, and the incredibly stupid No Child Left Behind would be scrapped immediately.
5) There would be term limits for Congress.
6) Big business would be held accountable for pollution, and fined heavily if they despoiled the environment.
7) The Kyoto Agreement about greenhouse gasses and global warming would be ratified immediately.
8) Roe v. Wade would be upheld and protected. Every woman has the right to choose what to do with her body, her life and her future.
9) There would be more scholarships and tuition decreases for colleges and universities.
10) I would undo everything that Bush father and Bush son have done, all of which have helped the rich and which have harmed the poor and middle class. The people need protecting because not all of them can protect themselves; the Republic will take care of itself.
11) We'd withdraw from Iraq immediately and let them sort out their own problems. We don't need to play Big Brother so arrogantly throughout the world.
12) I'd declare marijuana and all soft drugs legal, and end the stupid, pointless "war" on drugs which we've been losing ever since Reagan instituted it just to please his constituents. It's such a pointless thing.

I would appoint Ollie North as Secretary of Defense and tell him to get it done in the middle east and not worry about polls or politicians. Let me handle them, and he can handle the war. After a couple of weeks, when it is over for the enemy, our troops could stand down and come home to secure our southern border while we build a really big electrified wall with a minefield for 1/4 of a mile on this side of it.

The countries of Iran,Iraq, Libya, France and North Korea would not exist much longer and you would all be my slaves. Power goes to my head a little bit, but that is honestly what would happen.

Then Bush wouldn't be, and we'd be on a better track to peace. I would pull those soldiers out and defend our own land and look into new sources for fuel... only in my dreams tho...
