Invisalign are basically clear plastic retainers that shape your teeth into correct positions.

It should be effective. Most retainers are.

invisalign are clear retainers that shift your teeth. every two weeks you get a new retainer and this makes the teeth go where they need to. I know someone who has invisalign, and it is working great. Very fast.
