No. the Y is capital in 'Yours' as in 'Yours sincerely,'
Faithfully is used when the letter starts with Dear madam/sir etc and sincerely is used when you've used a person's name, eg. Dear Mrs. Simpson.

no. If you know that person you should write Yours sincerely, if not you write Yours faithfully. Than you sign.

No. You only use Yours faithfully when you use Dear Sir/Madam, you only use Yours sincerely with Dear Fred (or whatever).
