I'm sick and I was up all night with terrible nausea. I have a class in an hour and a half that I can't miss, so I want to have something caffeinated to perk me up. I know you're supposed to drink clear liquids, but is Diet Pepsi going to make me sicker?

weight loss application sodas do no longer make you income weight in besides (except it incredibly is something like Tango and you drink 40l of it... which might in all probability kill you, besides). They comprise man made sweeteners somewhat than sugar, that could improve your urge for food, yet as long as you are able to shrink your cravings, it fairly is going to be high-quality. it incredibly is in all probability the only reason that human beings say you income weight from them. some human beings additionally disapprove of their use because of the fact they are able to be risky on your physique if over-fed on interior the long-term. yet to be honest, it takes somewhat some sweetener to do injury to even purely a rat. i might say Pepsi Max and Coke 0 style plenty extra useful nonetheless.

You can drink black coffee, however carbonated drinks can cause nausea, and damage the stomach. Avoid any dairy products like milk in your coffee. Sugar can also cause dehydration, and when you're sick you blood sugar levels may go out of whack.
