I toured this resort and I thought it was wonderful. Obviously several kids/families staying here. In Ocho Rios there beach area is coved which is nice.
I have yet to have a complaint on a stay at this resort. It is great for larger families because of there numerous room categories that are larger to accommodate say families of 5 or 6.
What information are you looking for? Because I believe if a trip is properly qualified for a person which we do by asking questions then there shouldn't be a "worst part" about the trip. I mean sure problems can happen, but that is just dealt with if and when they happen. When I was in Ocho Rios I stayed in the old Beaches Grande which is now part of Sandals Ocho Rios to create there mega resort.

Look this resort up in TripAdvisor.com to see reviews of previous guests. Also check out the forums section for a question and answer. You can ask this there and get much better answers.
