Sean raised Matt as his son, that technically makes him Matt's father. After a paternity test Julia secretly had done, it was said that the test shows Christian as Matt's biological father. However, I think in the next season or two they are going to come out and say that the brush Julia thought was Christian's, which she got the dna from, was in fact Sean's and that Matt really is his son biologically.

Christen is the biological father of Matt and Sean is the biological father of the new baby on the show. Since Sean raised Matt it makes him his dad. I don't think they've slept with each other YET.

Matt( a.k.a. lil' Michael Jackson) is actually Christen's son. Julia got pregnant with him before she married Sean. They all thought it was Sean's son until Matt took a DNA test claiming that Christen was his biological father. Since Sean actually raised him....he technically has 2 fathers.

if you are asking about matt... Christian dated julia first. She got with Sean and married him but still had a thing for Christian. She tested the DNA when Matt was like 17 and found out that Christian REALLY got her knocked up. But she married Sean and led him to believe for 17 years he was the father.

Christian slept with shawns wife before they got married. She got pregnant and shawn thought it was his. Later on they found out that shawn wasn't the father, but by then he was like in is teens so he has two dads
