I have some minor food allergies like tomatoes, strawberries, peppers etc, but they just make my skin flush and tingle a bit, so I still eat them.

I have to say that God has blessed me with not being allergic to anything. As far as I know.....i 'm not allergic to any food, weather nor animals. I'm blessed. Sorry you have to suffer.....wish it was something I could do.
