If you want one-on-one instructions 15 GBP is not a lot for 2 hours of dancing. If you want quality, the price is usually higher.
Go to www.dancesport.uk.com and look for a dance studio near you. Call them up and ask how much they charge. See what fits your budget.

Think to yourself "Is this teacher any good?" when they accept £15 for two hours, when the going rate here in Yorkshire is £28 per hour.

I teach Salsa, but live too far away for you!
Try the following websites, which should be able to point you in the direction of teachers in your area:
http://www.godancing.info/display/index.php
http://www.uk-salsa.co.uk/index.asp
http://www.salsamap.com/
http://www.dancesport-international.com/
http://www.mrwonderfuldancing.com/
Several professional dancers offer teaching services too, try these:
http://www.darrenandlilia.com/
http://www.ian-waite.com/
http://www.camilladallerup.com/
Good luck!
