One way you can do to keep your immune system strong is
to consume 2 small bottles (50mls) of cultured milk every day.
This cultured milk consists of friendly bacteria which helps in the
digestion system of the stomach and intestines and at the same
time it defends the body from attack by other bad bacteria.
So don't forget to boost your immune system - drink up
cultured milk every day!
