I often misunderstand his words

I really don't know the answer to that one, but it's never been news that he ain't the great orator of our time. Sometimes I think he's ad-libbing but later find out he was on a script.
But remember in his first term, you rarely saw him? His advisors and cabinet delivered his messages to us, and GW proved to be a leader.
In the 2nd term, he has taken it upon himself to deliver the messages - much to the detriment of all of us. Neither is he personable nor an orator. I preferred it when he was just the leader.

Besides being stupid, I think he is dyslexic or has some other kind of processing disability. But his D+ average from Yale speaks for itself.

His speech skills, among things, aren't up to par. What he needs to do is to go back to school.
