To make a long story short...I had a tubal reversal 7-22-05. April 06 found out I have Factor V Leiden (blood clotting disorder). Seeing fertility specialist-ran several tests. After having Angio procedure, I got a superficial blood clot. Dr. put me on Coumadin then switch to Heparin because we were wanting to get pregnant. No period in September so fertility specialist put me on birth control pills (which I questioned). Almost 2 weeks later, I got blood clot in my leg. My hemotologist says I will be ok to get pregnant-just have to increase Heparin dosage. Going to a different fertility specialist next week. Just looking for opinion on if you think it will be ok for me to get pregnant. I do have a 14-year old daughter now. My husband does not have any children of his own. Any thoughts would be greatly apprecaited! Thanks!!!

You will certainly be high risk if and when you do get pregnant. I think any good dr would advise against it but only you know how badly you want another child. Just one thing, you had the tubal ligation for a reason, and you responsibly made that decision, and it turned out to be one you regreted--you really really need to be 100% sure you want to go through a rough pregnancy before jumping in.
