yeah why not. just make sure though you're wearing a good pad that does not leak or if you wear a tampon make sure it's secure.

yeah...just wear a tampon and take some ibuprofen for cramping pains and you'll be fine.

No you cannot.
though some exercises are not contraindicated but you can do those exercises at your home itself ...........so need to go to the gym.
