Ohhhhh dear... You need to RELAX! I SO know the feeling but it will be okay! Being a mom starts from the second you find out your pregnant and will never ever stop. That worry you have is 100% normal! The cramping its fine, its your body changing! You will hear the heart beet! You need to enjoy your self at a time like this and not be so worried! I'm 37 weeks and I had quite the journey. They told me my baby may have spinabifita. I had to go to a hospital that was 3 hours away. It was the worst feeling in the world to know that your child may be like that. THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO. Just keep your head up and hope for the best. You get what you get, and all things happen for a reason. Enjoy and CONGRATS!!!

Worrying will only make you stressed, and stress is bad for both you and the baby. If the Doctor has shown no cause for concern, try not to worry so much. Wait and see what the Doc. says next week at your ultrasound. Everyone worries about something going wrong (especially for their first pregnancy), but over-worrying can CAUSE things to happen. Just try to relax and if you're seriously in pain and you truly think something is wrong, go to the ER.

Stress is the enemy here. You are very stressed from the sound of it. Have you ever meditated. I don't mean sit in lotus position and say ohm, I mean think of something good and concentrate on that for a while til you start to relax. Find a favorite poem, bible passage, picture, etc and concentrate on the meaning behind the words or the elements in the picture. Put yourself in the midst of it. Then anytime you feel stressed think on it. Put yourself there. And relax.
The more relaxed you are the better for your baby and for you.
Congrats to you and the daddy, by the way.

The biggest problem you face right now is that you are so stressed, it is going to affect your health. The stress is likely what is causing the cramps. Just relax. It's okay. The only thing you can do to have a healthy pregnancy is to maintain your good health. Beyond that you have no control, so why worry about something you have no control over.

you need to relax, go with the doctors advice. i believe this is normal, you must remember is person is different. it just depends on your body. as your uterus expands you will feel different aches and pains. just try to relax, and get plenty of rest, and eat as healthy as you can. if its hard to relax, try some deep breathing, maybe a nice warm bath. this is all very important also, your state of mind.
