Your query is one that has many debatable answers... Panspermia / Exogenesis is one of the theories :
It means that life originated somewhere else in the universe and travelled to the earth(on a meteor or comet) and that is how life started on the earth...(this is in simple words... go to wikipedia for a proper definition) The existence of Martian meteorites and Lunar meteorites on Earth suggests that transfer of material from other planets to Earth happens regularly... so if life was transferred to the earth from somewhere else in the universe, then there must be life elsewhere... of course this is just a hypothesis that scientists have made that seem to make the most sense because they have certain amount of evidence to prove it...

It means that there are other planets out there. We know this because we can detect the gravitational wobble of stars as large objects orbit them. There is a probability that there is life on other planets or on the moons of those planets. There is a lesser probability that intelligent life exists and an even lesser probability that life exists which has overcome the problems inherant in traveling interstellar distances.

Hi. The odd are that, yes, there are probably many planets. The development of intelligent life is not so likely, but still probable.

learn english. then maybe you will find the answer. and if you were asking if earth has the only living beings, we don't know if it is the only yet because we haven't been able to do proper research that will show us if there is life on other planets.
