I am not judging, i have 3 but is there a reason to have a baby that doesn't invlove just what you are your partner want? Something deeper?

In Australia we have a thing where the goverment gives $ 3.000 for each baby...its called a baby bonus...The broblem is that a lot of very young selfish girls go and get pregnant just so they can get 3 grand and for no other reason....pitty they dont realise that bringing up a kid will cost a huge amount more than 3 grand....that to me is a very selfish reason to have baby.......to have kids should only be by strong commitment by both parties...

I guess it is human instinct.
Deep down inside we know that Carrying children and raising children wil lead to servivial of the human race. I truly beleive there is nothing more beautiful lin life to hold a baby in your arms looki into its eyes and see the love that that child has for you just by you spending time with it and helping it grow.
So as long as it is a mutual decision i feel that having children is never selfish.

It is a human instinct to want to carry on the human race. Plus it's nice to know that you have the ability to raise a child who may help/inspire millions of people. Enjoy your kids.

I would think to continue to help the human race grow. Alot of people are dying due to disease and sickness. So more newborn babies will help us not die out!
