Capital text usually mean YELLING OR SHOUTING....

Its not too bad when people (like myself) use it to HIGHLIGHT certain word or EMOTIONS...

BUT WHEN A WHOL STORY IS IN CAPITALS, ITS ANNOYING, BECAUSE IT TAKES UP ALOT OF SPACE!

But whats even MORE annoying...Is WhEn PeOpLe MiX ThEiR LetTeRs LiKe ThIs...

Well it's always been bad form online (in chatrooms, messageboards and such) so I would guess it's the same for texting. Not to mention it can be real hard to read all caps - hard for the eyes to determine similar letters when there's no visual break.

It is considered shouting, so prolly bad. But, I text in caps alot because it is quicker to type. Do not have to scroll to the lower case. In the end, your message gets across either way.

to me when i txt in caps i normally am shouting at someone to make a point
and that way they know that i'm not pleased with them at the moment
so i'd say txting in capital letters is bad

Good for emphasis on a few words. Bad if the whole message is in caps.

Not good, but not bad either. If you're engaged in a screaming match, then it's ok. It seems to get your point across. All lowercase could be sarcastic and joking.

I never really understood the big hoopla about this. I understand it is considered poor internet etiquette, but if you think it is yelling, squint and maybe it won't seem as loud.

Whatever it may soothes you. When LIKE THIS, people might get the message that you want them to understand boldly and direct to the point. When 'like this', it's calm and very declaring in a way it's polite.
